Our OptiMix™ service solution helps manage lien resolution needs by integrating our expertise in lien negotiations and litigation with expert bill review (CompleteReview™), expert witness testimony (CompleteExpert™) and medical provider analysis into a proprietary software system application called CUBE™ (Company User Base Enterprise). By utilizing CUBE™, we are able to provide clients a management tool for their lien process. CUBE™ software system displays results in real time.

Leadership begins with humility—service rooted not in self-interest, but in a commitment to elevate others. It is a responsibility I carry with deep respect as I serve our clients, our partners, our employees, and the broader community that depends on the integrity of our healthcare system.
Since our founding in 2005, CostFirst has evolved from a focused medical bill review and lien defense firm into a fully integrated cost containment ecosystem. What began as a mission to mitigate healthcare expenses has grown into a platform-driven organization that delivers measurable financial impact while protecting the system from abuse.
At the core of this evolution is CUBE™—our Company User Base Enterprise platform—which transformed how claims, liens, and litigation are managed. CUBE™ is not simply a system of record; it is a system of intelligence. It provides real-time visibility, portfolio-level analytics, and actionable insights that empower our clients to make faster, more informed decisions. Through automation, transparency, and integration, we have helped accelerate claim resolution timelines and significantly reduce both indemnity and expense leakage across ULAE, ALAE, and medical spending.

This led to the advancement of HEAT™—our Healthcare Enforcement Action Team, a provider intelligence and detection framework designed to identify risk before it impacts the claim.
